Which countries does Sukoon launch in?
Lebanon at v1. The Gulf markets and Egypt are postponed while we get Lebanon right — the platform already carries their tax and invoicing rules, so they are a configuration change rather than a rebuild.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes — Arabic first, with a full right-to-left layout on every screen. English and French are there too, and each person picks their own.
What does the trial include?
14 days of Pro, every feature, with no card. Nothing is charged when it ends. To carry on, choose Starter or Pro and we send you an invoice. Choose neither and the shop becomes read-only: your records stay, and no new bookings come in until you pick a plan.
Can my team use the apps offline?
No — the apps need a connection in v1, and there is no offline mode yet. Offline is real work, and we would rather do it properly than half.
Multi-branch?
Not at v1. Every shop is single-branch today, with each shop’s records walled off from every other shop’s in the database itself. Multi-branch is the Enterprise tier, after launch.
