Accepting these terms
Using Sukoon means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

The trial
A new shop gets 14 days of Pro without a card. Nothing is charged when it ends. To carry on, you choose Starter or Pro and we send you an invoice. If you choose neither, the shop becomes read-only: its records stay, and no new booking can be made until you choose a plan.
We never charge a card. Every payment is an invoice that you settle yourself.

Subscription, cancellation and refunds
Each period is invoiced, and the invoice is due 7 days after it is issued. If it is unpaid by then, the subscription is past due; 14 days after the due date, the shop becomes read-only until it is paid.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the current period.
Cancelling a booking is a different thing. Each shop sets its own booking cancellation and refund policy inside Sukoon, and that policy is between the shop and its client — not between you and us.

Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment of clients or staff, and no using Sukoon to sell an illegal service. We can suspend an account that breaks this clause.

Tax and invoicing
Sukoon records what you charge and produces the receipt. What you declare to the authorities, and the accuracy of it, is yours.
If you are registered for tax, give us your registration number and we print it on your receipts. If you are not registered, receipts carry no registration line at all.
